Delivery & returns should be cheap, simple and convenient. So I’ve done my best to keep it this way for my valued customers. If you have any special requirements then feel free to contact me to discuss further. But in general, here’s what you need to know:

Returns
You’ll be pleased to know that returns are also free, no matter what the reason is. So even if you simply change your mind, I’m happy to take the item back and refund your money. The key points are as follows:
- You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know you’d like to return it
- Returns must be back with me within 14 days of the order being received
- The item must be securely and safely packaged for transit
- We will discuss the best shipping service to use for the return of the item
- You must send me proof of the postage cost
Assuming these conditions are met I am happy to refund the cost of the item plus the cost of postage.
